These are my DIY stroke-rehab 2020 videos: showing various forms of activity.

It begins with our return to NZ from Papua New Guinea (Murrays’ contract was cut short due to COVID-19).

Open-brain surgery, AVM brain haemorrhage (congenital), in 1995. Gait, balance, sensory loss, aphasia; unable to walk, talk, read, write, remember. LIFE In A Day, 2020 - Kevin Macdonald, Director, Ridley Scott, Producer: we filmed my stroke-rehab techniques amalgamated into a sound-bite form on 25th July 2020. (''..in 2020, people all over the world filmed their lives and shared their stories to be part of a documentary film..'') The Covid pandemic was world-wide in varied responses; under lockdown, we still can do activities; ..and America's Cup challenge in NZ.. Video 2020-01: COVID-19 NZ: How to Survive Lockdown

COVID-19 has hit our planet like a hammer… NZ took an early opportunity to shut down the transmission capability of the virus as quickly as possible, enacting a national lockdown for four weeks.

Collectively we are all stuck at home, so how do we adapt to this self-imposed incarceration?

The best way to keep anxiety and stress at bay is to be creative in any way possible: here’s some ideas we’ve come up with.

Video 2020-02: ONE HAND - cut hair with only one hand, and to do it with precision and style, New Zealand

When you only have one usable hand, how do you give someone a haircut?

Typically a haircut requires two hands; one to style form and hold, and the other to wield and craft with a tool of the trade, in this case a pair of thin and rather sharp scissors.

So the answer is: very carefully(!).... watch and see how I do it.
