At Millennium Institute in Aucklands North Shore, trialling dictus bands for a PhD candidate's walk-study.

I’ve only ever worn an ankle foot orthosis AFO (leg brace) and have never used a dictus band device before, so a first time for me.


 

Cook ratatouille = a healthy option.

Though, you could add salami, anchovies, or chillies for extra zing.

Stairs, right or left rails is do-able, different hand-hold is required.

My sculpture 'Globally challenged- Last Clam Standing' was acquired by the renowned Wallace Art Trust Collection, and is now part of New Zealands’ tangible history, in perpetuity.

…a walk on the wetter side - pool without a guiding hand, excessive bouyancy is catered for.

In the past, less control resulted in too much bouyancy so I couldn’t balance… over time it has improved where I am now more confident in the water.
